What is Reiki?

Rei (pronounced ray) means Universal and Ki (key) means life force energy, which flows through all living things. The practice of Reiki is the art and science of channeling this energy to promote spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

Reiki healing energises and heals the body, reduces stress and works in conjunction with other healthcare and medical treatments.

A Reiki Treatment involves the laying on of hands onto the various key positions of the body. While channelling the energies I may receive intuitive messages for you, which I will discuss with you after the session.

Distance Reiki treatments are just as effective as in-person treatments, allowing patients to receiving healing from afar. Distance Reiki healings are for patients who are unable to come for in-person sessions.

It is common for the affects of Reiki to last several days after a treatment.
